David Roberts - General Managing Partner
Mr. Roberts served in highly sensitive security roles overseeing, improving and managing complex processes and implementing technological and physical surveillance solutions in his 21 year service in the military. He managed critical operations, technical and security teams interfacing with various functions and defense contractors. Mr. Roberts has lead a wide array of complex projects including airbase physical security, digital security systems for high sensitivity military aircraft, command control systems, and process improvement for the B-2 aircraft program. Mr. Roberts earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland University College in Management Studies, an MBA with an emphasis in Computer Resource Information Systems from Webster University, and a Project Management Certification through Villanova University. |

James J. Jones - Managing Partner
Mr. Jones has over 20 years of success in high tech supporting strategic global clients. Mr. Jones held positions with world-class organizations including TDK, STMicro, Solectron and Jabil Circuit. Either through organic growth or divestitures, Mr. Jones developed relationships with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Applied Materials, Apple, Sun Microsystems, Intel, L-3, Honeywell International, Raytheon Missile Systems, and many others to support their global supply chain and manufacturing requirements. Mr. Jones has also worked with multiple start-up companies in the Bay Area and various Venture Capitalists and Investment Banks pursuing his entrepreneurial interests. Mr. Jones received his B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University in Business Administration and Marketing. |

Tomasz Bialon - Business Development/Operations
Mr. Bialon has over 15 years of experience in working for local and state governments and fortune 100 corporations. Prior to joining Strategic Security Solutions, Mr. Bialon worked on a U.S. Air Force contract at Lockheed Martin and on a project for the British Royal Navy. Mr. Bialon has extensive experience in project management in the United States, Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic. He serves as a Global Program Manager for DHL/ Deutsche Post and held positions in project management at Cisco Systems, IBM Corp., Intel Corp., Honeywell International, and Microdigital Corp. Mr. Bialon holds bachelor degrees in computer science from Mercer University and in philosophy from Opole University. He studied electrical engineering in a masters program of Polytechnic of Opole, English Literature in Oxford University, and mechanical engineering in
